Alternatively, you can call us on (01677) 427880. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bedale Under Fives is an established charity and Committee run Pre-School/Playgroup in the heart of Bedale, offering a fantastic sense of community and belonging that is a rarity in modern times. Through our doors you will find a happy, safe environment for your child to learn and flourish. With over 20 years behind us we are proof that a small community playgroup can stand the test of time simply through the dedication of wonderful staff and supportive parents. We are very proud of our playgroup, and we hope that if you choose Bedale Under 5’s you will be secure in the knowledge that you have chosen the best for your child. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At Bedale Under Fives the children always come first and we firmly believe that children learn through play and interaction. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and all activities that your child will participate in are carefully planned to follow this. Bedale Under Fives takes children from 2 years old until the term before they start school. We also facilitate for children who are not yet potty trained. Once your child has turned 3 years old they are given government funding for the term after their birthday for 15 hours of childcare per week. You can use this funding to pay for your child's place at Bedale Under Fives. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bedale Under Fives is run by a dedicated team of staff who all have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Plus they have the added benefit of all being mothers themselves! Bedale Under Fives is a registered charity and is managed by a Committee of parents whose children attend the playgroup, therefore having a strong interest in it’s development and success. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are registered with OFSTED and we are also members of the Pre-school Learning Alliance, who we are fully insured through. All staff have been CRB checked and all of our staff take child protection very seriously. We only allow our staff to take children to the toilet.
